COOKIES OF 2024
I developed a sparkledoodle cremebrulee cookie recipe for Eliza Evan's (Sara Richardson's) rom-com novel, The Christmas Cookie Wars. The book was released in October. This cookie recipe inspired a whole line of cupcake based cookies to match my cupcake brand! Our grandest stop was at our Great Holiday Cookie Exchange event that we hosted, and invited 12 cookie vendors to sell their cookies in a "Hallmark"-esque cookie market at Produce With Purpose in December.
MAKE A WISH GOURMET WISHES 2024
I delivered and served 1000 cupcakes to the guests at the Make A Wish Gourmet Wishes event at the Resch Center in Green Bay. The theme was Disney. This event helps raise funds to make wish kids dreams come true. I turned my dessert table into a cupcake Disneyworld! All of the cupcakes are pictured above. I made 16 flavors that match favorite flavors from the theme park.

I am a regular guest on Fox 11 Living With Amy & Local 5 Live. This was a really special year. I have been part of the Fox 11 Living With Amy family for over 12 years, Amy is the one who gave me my start when I moved back from California and launched my cupcake brand out of Cronies in Waupaca. She is the one who helped me realize that I have a gift for coming up with over the top recipes and bringing them to life! This year Amy left Fox 11 to pursue her travel dreams. I was able to bake in the studio with her a few more times before saying goodbye!
Through my experience in her kitchen studio and also with Local 5 Live I have become a pro at baking live, including all of the prep involved. I'd love to have my own baking show someday. Swipe for pictures!

I don't do weddings very often anymore, but when I do they are over the top so I had to share this one! This couple has been following me for all of my time as Amanda Cupcake and they couldn't picture their wedding without me, so I said YES!

My name is Amanda Cupcake
I am an at home cottage baker located in Appleton, Wisconsin. I created the Amanda Cupcake brand in 2011. After coming back home to Wisconsin after living out in California working in the fashion industry for a decade, I started dressing up cupcakes instead of people and ultimately created my own fashion cupcake brand. I published a cupcake blog, where I shared my recipes. I started by selling my cupcakes at a small local diner in my hometown. I opened my own bakery called The Cupcake Mansion and sold my cupcakes at the local grocery chain, Woodmans. After this wild ride as Amanda Cupcake, I discovered my truest joy is being a cupcake designer, instead of being a cupcake manufacturer. I didn't want to lose my love for my art. So now I bake from home, and host cupcake pop up shops at local events. You may see me here & there as a guest, baking on local morning shows. I love to write, and share my passion for creating. I am dabbling a little bit in creating cupcake reels & content for social media. I have a passion for intertwining my teaching skills with speaking out about mental health. My ultimate goal eventually is to have my own studio where I can host events, classes & pop up shops. The income that I make from my pop up events goes right into my dream of opening up an Amanda Cupcake studio. Maybe someday I'll be the "Mrs Fields" of cupcakes... but right now, I am having fun. I always wanted to be a fashion designer, I just never knew that cupcakes would be my models.
